NAIARA AI is a platform that allows users to explore and interact with more than 500 AI-powered virtual assistants. These Terms of Use apply to all use of the App. To ensure a safe and appropriate environment for all users, NAIARA AI has established the following guidelines for behavior. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s account without prior notice.
It is prohibited to share, distribute, or solicit illegal content, including but not limited to material that promotes violence, child exploitation, abuse, human trafficking, or any criminal activity.
The distribution of sexually explicit or pornographic content, or any material related to the sexual exploitation of minors, is strictly prohibited. Zero tolerance.
Content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on their race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, nationality, or other factors protected by law is not permitted.
We do not tolerate activities or content that encourage, promote, or support terrorism, violent attacks, or any action that endangers the safety of individuals or organizations.
It is prohibited to use the App for fraud, deception, scams, or identity theft. It is prohibited to pass off AI-generated responses as human, to promote non-existent features of the assistants, or to create images or videos of real people without their explicit consent.
Content that encourages, promotes, or facilitates suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or other self-harming behaviors is prohibited.
It is prohibited to use the App to distribute malware, carry out cyberattacks, engage in phishing or spam, gain unauthorized access to systems, exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse trial periods, discounts, or promotions.
The mass production of political campaign materials or political disinformation is prohibited.
It is prohibited to use the assistants to request confidential personal information from third parties, violate people’s privacy, or engage in activities that circumvent security controls.
Users are expected to interact with respect and courtesy. Harassment, threats, abuse, or any intimidating behavior will not be tolerated.
It is prohibited to use third-party copyrighted materials or trademarks as input without authorization.

The list of prohibited content and unacceptable conduct is not exhaustive. You must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of our service providers.
NAIARA AI reserves the right to block, remove, or permanently delete your account, your Content, or your access if you violate these Guidelines, the Terms and Conditions, the policies of AI providers, or any applicable laws or regulations, or if you pose a risk to NAIARA AI, its users, or third parties.
In cases where users are found to be involved in sexual offenses, terrorism, violence, or other criminal conduct, we recommend referring the report to the appropriate authorities:
