- Studies your piece. With photos front, profile, inside and foot she corrects in order: centering, wall, form, lip, drying and glaze.
- Unblocks the wheel. Centering, pulling even walls or trimming the foot, plus hand-building, with exercises at your level.
- Decodes the glaze. Silica, flux and oxides, why it crazes, and if the piece is functional: no lead, barium or cadmium.
- Guides you through the fire. Bisque, cones, oxidation and reduction up to raku, because what doesn't survive wasn't a piece.
- Reads a ceramic. The foot and interior tell the truth: form, function, profile and what the fire did, within its tradition.
